From the comfort of your own home, learn how to leap over hurdles to your healthiest lifestyle.
  • Do you live too much in your head and not take care of your body?

*If you register for Saturday classes you can come 1 day/week... Tues or Thurs or Sat.
If you register for Tuesday/Thursday classes you can come any 2 days/week
....a little flexibility to help you fit movement into your busy lives...

BONUS: Use of any of the Aquatic Centre facilities before or after your Nia class is included with your drop-in or session pass.

Wear anything you are comfortable moving in that gives you a full range of motion.
The class is active, so be prepared to sweat! Nia is done barefoot.

What should I bring?

Bring water and payment for the class, if necessary. Most important, bring your curious
mind and a desire to have fun! Nia classes welcome all levels of fitness. Jan guides
the choreography and you personalize the movements to maximize your experience
of comfort and joy.
